This is the detailed reference for plan behavior.

Plan eligibility

Free — basic deployments, limited quotas
Pro — DB provisioning, higher limits
Enterprise — custom limits, SLA, admin controls

Upgrade and downgrade rules

Upgrades apply immediately
Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle
Quota reductions may stop new deploys until usage drops

Credits + plans

Credits may cover plan invoices if policy allows:

Tenant policy: allow_plan_apply
Admin override possible in Easy‑Forge

Check assignment effective date
