Marketplace flow by role

Buyer flow

1. Browse listing and check compatibility.
2. Configure required environment variables.
3. Purchase if listing is paid.
4. Deploy to staging and validate.
5. Promote to production.

Seller flow

1. Create listing metadata and docs.
2. Define required env schema.
3. Upload optional bundles (e.g., database addon).
4. Set pricing/entitlement policy.
5. Monitor deploy success rate and buyer feedback.
